Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal, non-commercial use during the access period. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute materials.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Refund requests are handled per our policy and applicable law. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may result in account restrictions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the operation of the Services.
Do not attempt to access content without authorization.
Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by TaThrive Floristry Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment results, or earnings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaThrive Floristry Lab and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
